By downloading or using Merrafi (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and account information.
All content in the App, including but not limited to tarot card images, backgrounds, cursors, decks, UI elements, and design, is owned by the developer (mrtkaraca) or licensed for use within the App.
Image Usage Restriction: Images provided in the App are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use these images outside the App for commercial purposes, resale, or public display. Any unauthorized use of images or assets may result in termination of access and potential legal action.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. No personal data is collected or shared with third parties, except as required by law.
The App may contain advertisements. If future paid features are introduced, billing terms will be clearly stated.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or reliance on tarot readings.
The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kayseri, Turkey.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
